Determination of triclosan and triclocarban in finger paints by high performance liquid chromatography

摘要 建立了一种高效液相色谱法测定儿童指画颜料中三氯生和三氯卡班的分析方法。本研究以甲醇为溶剂,采用超声提取方式提取儿童指画颜料样品中的三氯生和三氯卡班,外标法定量,HPLC分析。在优化的流动相流速为1.0 mL·min^-1条件下,在10.5 min以内实现三氯生和三氯卡班的分析。三氯生和三氯卡班的线性范围均为0.5~50 mg·L^-1(R2≥0.99),定量限(S/N>10)分别为50和10 mg·kg^-1。儿童指画颜料中三氯生和三氯卡班在三个浓度水平的加标回收率范围在92.2%~98.5%;相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)小于5.0%。本方法已经应用于儿童指画颜料中上述2种防腐剂的测定。 A method for determination of triclosan and triclocarban in finger paints by high performance liquid chromatography has been developed.Methanol as an extraction solvent and ultrasonic extraction as an extraction method have been adopted.The quantification was performed with external standard.Under the optimized conditions,triclosan and triclocarban were successfully separated in less than 10.5 min with a mobile phase flow rates of 1.0 mL·min^-1.There was a linear correlation between peak area and triclosan and triclocarban concentrations in the range of 0.5~50 mg·L^-1(R2≥0.99).The limits of determination(LOQ)(S/N>10)for triclosan and triclocarban were 50 and 10 mg·kg^-1,respectively.The recoveries of triclosan and triclocarban spiked in finger paints at different levels were from 92.2%to 98.5%;the repeatabilities of peak areas for the triclosan and triclocarban were less than 5.0%(RSD,n=6).The triclosan and triclocarban in finger paints have been determined by the proposed method.
