摘要
汽车上常见的鼓风机为直流有刷电机,其运行噪声与驱动电压的纹波有关。为了解决某款汽车鼓风机的异响问题,在分析鼓风机负反馈控制电路原理的基础上,对电路进行仿真计算,确定通过优化MCU输出的PWM信号频率、滤波电路的电容以及积分电路的电容,可以降低鼓风机驱动电压的纹波。最后,通过试验结果证明优化控制电路参数可以明显降低鼓风机驱动电压的纹波,并解决鼓风机异响问题。
The blower in the car is DC brush motor.Its operating noise is related to the ripple of the driving voltage.In order to solve the abnormal noise problem of car blower,it analyzed the principle of the negative feedback control circuit of the blower and simulated the circuit.The result of simulation indicated it is effective to reduce the ripple of the blower drive voltage by optimization PWM signal frequency,filter capacitor and integral capacitance.At last,it proved the fact of optimize the control circuit parameters can significantly reduce the blower drive voltage ripple and solve the blower abnormal noise problem by experiment.
