摘要
本文依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定评定与表示》,详细介绍了不确定度的定义,并运用GUM法作为评定不确定度的基础步骤;不确定度中A类与B类的评定方法,综合标准不确定度与扩展不确定度的评定;综合分析了机动车前照灯检测仪检定中,对比分析各种左右发光强度测量的各种因素,对发光强度的测量结果进行不确定度的评定。
Based on JJF 1059.1-2012"Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement",this article introduces the definition of uncertainty in detail,and uses the GUM method as the basic step to evaluate uncertainty;the evaluation methods of type A and type B in uncertainty,Comprehensive evaluation of standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty;comprehensive analysis of various factors in the measurement of luminous intensity in the verification of motor vehicle headlamp detectors,and the uncertainty of the mcasurement results of luminous intensity asscssment.
