本文梳理了国内智能网联汽车典型测试区的建设概况和特点,分析了国内测试区存在的问题。从顶层设计、测试规程、场景建设、数据管理和测试区管理等方面提出了对策建议。介绍了国家智能网联汽车质量监督检验中心(湖北)的规划建设、场地能力、场景功能、技术体系、服务平台等。

This article summarizes the construction overview and characteristics of the typical intelligent connected vehicle test area in China,analyzes existing problems of the test area.Suggestions are made from the aspects of top-level design,test procedures,scenario construction,data management and test area management.The planning and construction,site capabilities,scene functions,technical system,service platform,etc.of the National Intelligent Connected Vehicle Quality Supervision and Inspection Center(Hubei)are also introduced.
