摘要 为解决某SUV车型主观评价中发现的噪声问题,进行了实车路试与模态测试。结合测试数据与CAE分析结果,从不同方面分析,最终确定问题产生的原因:尾门模态与声腔模态耦合对车内噪声产生负面影响。基于测试数据,利用仿真分析方法对尾门进行优化,降低了车内后排低频路噪。 In order to solve the noise problem found in the subjective evaluation of a SUV model,the vehicle road test and modal test were carried out.Combined test data with CAE analysis results,and analyze from different aspects,the cause of the problem was found out.The tailgate mode coupling with the acoustic cavity mode has a negative impact on the Vehicle Interior Noise.The tailgate is optimized by simulation analysis method on the basic of test data.Finally The low frequency road noise in the rear of the car is reduced.
