转向盘现状趋势及通用化研究

为提升汽车的品质,缩短开发周期,降低开发成本和减小开发风险,汽车零部件的通用化设计日益受到汽车厂商的重视,多数汽车厂商已把通用化设计作为重要的发展战略。转向盘是用户使用最频繁的零件之一,也是用户最容易感知的零件之一,转向盘对用户感知极为重要。转向盘与环境件的配合关系比较独立,转向盘是多数汽车厂商的通用化设计零件。本文研究了主流品牌汽车转向盘的产品现状、发展趋势和通用策略,为后续转向盘的设计和通用化策略提供参考。

In order to improve the quality of automobile,shorten the development cycle,reduce the development cost and reduce the development risk,the general design of automobile parts has been paid more and more attention by automobile manufacturers.The steering wheel is one of the most frequently used parts and one of the most easily perceived parts.The steering wheel is very important to the user's perception.The matching relationship between steering wheel and environmental parts is relatively independent,and steering wheel is the general design part of most automobile manufacturers.This paper studies the product status,development trend and general strategy of the mainstream brand automobile stccring wheel,and provides reference for the design and general strategy of the subsequent steering wheel.
