石家庄市涉林省市级现代农业园区建设发展模式浅析

Analysis on Construction Mode of Modern Agricultural Park in Shijiazhuang

自2015年至2019年,石家庄市政府按照相关标准,共评审认定了100家石家庄市现代农业园区。这些园区的主导产业涉及粮食、蔬菜、林果花、中草药种植,畜牧养殖,农业休闲郊游等。其中主导产业为林果花种植与加工的省级园区13家,市级园区38家,两者合计占全市省市级现代农业园区总数的51%。该文通过对这些涉林省市级现代农业园区的综合分析,其建设类型从大的方面可划分为零点起步建设型、规模基地带动型、科技引领发展型和精深加工培育型等4个类型,类型又细分为9个不同的模式,以供现代农业园区建设者参考。

From 2015 to 2019,Shijiazhuang government has identified 100 modern agricultural parks in Shijiazhuang according to relevant standards.The leading industries in these parks are related to grains,vegetables,forests and fruits,Chinese herbal medicine,livestock farming,agricultural leisure outing etc.Among them,there are 13 provincial parks and 38 municipal parks of the leading industry and fruit planting and processing.Both account for 51%of the total number of modern agricultural parks in the city.Based on the comprehensive analysis of these modern agricultural parks at the provincial and municipal level,the article introduces the type of their construction for reference of builders of modern agricultural parks.Types are divided into four large areas include Zero Start Construction,Base-driven Scale,Technology for Development and Deep Processing Cultivation.And types are further divided into 9 different patterns.
