Effect of Hp infection on hypertension grade and hypertension complications in patients with hypertension

目的探讨高血压患者Hp感染对高血压分级、高血压合并症的影响。方法选择2016年1月至2018年3月在本院诊断治疗的高血压患者280例为研究对象,根据是否合并Hp感染分为Hp阳性组(n=150)与Hp阴性组(n=130)。比较Hp阳性组与Hp阴性组收缩压、舒张压、血脂、PGⅠ/Ⅱ水平;比较两组高血压分级以及高血压肾病、视神经膜病变发生率。比较两组不同血压分级、是否合并高血压肾病、是否合并视网膜病变患者的PGⅠ/Ⅱ比值水平。结果Hp阳性组TG、TC显著高于Hp阴性组,PGⅠ/Ⅱ显著低于Hp阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Hp阳性组与Hp阴性组高血压分级比较差异无统计学意义;Hp阳性组高血压肾病与视网膜病变发生率显著高于Hp阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同一高血压分级,PGⅠ/Ⅱ组间比较,Hp阳性组显著低于Hp阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组内比较,不同高血压分级患者PGⅠ/Ⅱ水平比较差异无统计学意义。两组合并高血压肾病患者PGⅠ/Ⅱ显著低于未合并高血压肾病患者,合并视网膜病变患者PGⅠ/Ⅱ显著低于未合并高血压肾病患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压患者合并Hp感染患者会发生脂代谢紊乱,增加高血压肾病、视网膜病变的发生率,并且患者PGⅠ/Ⅱ水平发生变化,可用于高血压肾病、视网膜病变的辅助诊断。

Objective To discuss the effect of Hp infection on hypertension grade and hypertension complications in patients with hypertension.Methods 280 cases with hypertension from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected as subjects,and were divided into the Hp positive group(n=150)and the Hp negative group(n=130)according to whether or not with Hp infection.SBP,DBP,TC,TG and PGⅠ/Ⅱbetween two groups were compared,hypertension grade,incidence of hypertensive nephropathy and optic nerve lesion between two groups were compared,PGⅠ/Ⅱin different hypertension grade,whether or no withhypertensive nephropathy and optic nerve lesion in two group were compared.Results TG and TC in the Hp positive group were higher than those in the Hp negative group,and PGⅠ/Ⅱwas lower than that in the Hp negative group,which showed significant difference(P<0.05).Hypertension classification showed no significant difference between two groups.Hypertensive nephropathy and retinopathy rates in the Hp positive group were higher than those in the Hp negative group,which showed significant difference(P<0.05).In the same hypertension classification,PGⅠ/Ⅱin the Hp positive group was lower than that in the Hp negative group,which showed significant difference(P<0.05).Intra group comparison,PGⅠ/Ⅱshowed no significant difference in different hypertension classification.In two groups,PGⅠ/Ⅱin cases with hypertensive nephropathy was lower than that in cases without hypertensive nephropathy,and PGⅠ/Ⅱin cases with retinopathy was lower than that in cases without retinopathy(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypertension patients with Hp infection will have lipid metabolism disorders,which increases the incidence of hypertensive nephropathy and retinopathy,and the level of PG I/II changes,which can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic index for patients with hypertensive nephropathy and retinopathy.
