DOS油对镀锡板表面涂饰性的影响

Effect of DOS oil on coatability of tinplate surface

研究了DOS(葵二酸二辛酯)油膜种类、涂覆量、镀锡板含水量和油膜含水量对镀锡板表面润湿性和涂饰性的影响。结果表明,镀锡板表面涂覆DOS-A油时的表面润湿性比涂覆DOS-P油时更好。随涂油量增大,镀锡板的表面润湿性变差。当涂油量为1 mg/m^2时,镀锡板的润湿性较好,漆膜附着力也好。镀锡板表面含水和油膜含水都不利于镀锡板表面的涂饰。

The effects of different types of DOS(dioctyl sebacate)oil film,oil mass per square meter,as well as water contents of tinplate and oil film on the wettability and coatability of tinplate surface were studied.The results showed that the wettability of tinplate coated with DOS-A was better than that coated with DOS-P.The wettability of tinplate became worse with the increasing of oil mass per square meter.The tinplate with 1 mg/m^2 of DOS-A had good wettability and adhesion to subsequent coating.The existence of water on tinplate and in oil film is adverse to the coatability of tinplate.
