摘要
随着科技的不断进步与发展,越来越多的新材料、新技术、新工艺被应用到防腐工程中去,可以增加基材的抗腐蚀能力。电厂海水脱硫系统烟道(脱硫吸收塔进口J型烟道)内部在正常运行过程中处于高腐蚀环境中,倘若烟道基材防腐蚀措施不当,将会导致烟道基材很快锈蚀,影响系统正常运行,因此烟道基材的防腐显得尤为重要,必须从设计、材料、施工等各个环节严格把控方能取得良好效果。常规海水脱硫烟道防腐设计只有鳞片,经过证实防腐效果并不理想。延布三期脱硫烟道防腐方案为双内衬设计,即1.5 mm树脂鳞片+1.5 mm PTFE-M板,除此之外,部分吸收塔进口烟道底部还设计了10 mm的PTFE-M保护板,以此来防止上方物体坠落砸伤PTFE板。在鳞片外面增加PTFE-M板可以有效地缓冲外来物对内衬的破坏,加强烟道的抗腐蚀效果,延长烟道使用年限,保障机组长时间可靠运行,节省成本。
With the continuous progress and development of science and technology,more and more new materials,new technology and new technology will be applied to anticorrosion engineering,it can increase the corrosion resistance of the substrate.During normal operation,the flue of seawater desulphurization system in power plant is in high corrosion environment.If the flue substrate corrosion prevention measures are improper,will cause the fl ue substrate to rust quickly,affecting the normal operation of the system,Therefore,the corrosion protection of fl ue substrate is particularly important,From the design,materials,construction and other aspects of strict prosecution can achieve good results.Conventional seawater desulphurization fl ue anticorrosion design only scale.It is proved that the anticorrosion effect is not ideal.The anticorrosion scheme of the third stage desulphurization fl ue is double lining design,that is 1.5 mm resin scale 1.5 mmPTFE-M plate.In addition,part of the absorption tower inlet flue bottom also designed 10 mm of PTFE-M protection plate to prevent the upper object from falling and smashing PTFE plate.Adding a PTFE-M plate outside the scale can effectively cushion the damage to the lining by foreign objects,strengthen the corrosion resistance of fl ue,extension of fl ue service life,maintain long and reliable operation of the unit,cost savings.
