摘要 某火电厂希望通过修正焚烧系统来扩展焚烧的煤炭类型,以焚烧高碱性煤,减少煤源短缺,节省电费,并设计不同的方法焚烧煤,以确保锅炉运行的安全性和经济性。当时混合的煤炭特点是挥发分高,湿度高、灰分低、发热量中等、灰分熔点低、炉渣少。根据掺烧煤质的这些特性,对锅炉制粉系统、燃烧方式等均提出特殊要求。掺烧的过程使得不同煤种在燃烧过程中相互影响,在炉内的燃烧特性也比单一煤种更为复杂。试验通过制定详尽的掺烧方案,采取了有效的技术措施,取得了非常不错的试验效果,为企业安全生产做出了有力的技术支撑。 A thermal power plant hopes to expand the type of coal to be incinerated by modifying the incineration system,so as to reduce the shortage of coal sources and save electricity charges.In addition,the method of burning coal is different from that of the policy coal,so as to ensure the safety and economy of boiler operation,and the improvement will cause troubles.The characteristics of the mixed Russian coal at that time were high volatile matter,high humidity,low ash content,medium calorifi c value,low ash melting point and less slag.According to these characteristics of blended coal,special requirements are put forward for coal pulverizing system and combustion mode.The process of mixed combustion makes different coal types infl uence each other in the combustion process,and the combustion characteristics in the furnace are more complex than that of single coal.In this test,through the development of detailed blending burning scheme,taking effective technical measures,and seriously carrying out the blended combustion test,it has achieved very good test results,which has made a strong technical support for the safety production of enterprises.
