摘要
彭泽核电110 kV施工用变电站于2010年2月开工建设,2010年7月完工,2011年8月10日受电一次成功,彭泽核电与九江供电公司签订了用电协议,110 kV变电站具备正式投运条件。但当时受项目核准的影响,施工用电负荷容量不足,是否投用还存在一定分歧,针对彭泽核电已完成布置的5台施工用10kV变压器,分别布置在提升泵房、搅拌站、净水站、办公区域,总容量为4500kVA,电源由马垱变电所引接。业主从用电可靠性角度考虑,马垱变电所站(35kV变电站)比泉山110 kV供电的安全可靠性要低,拟要求投运110 kV变电站,考虑到短期负荷容量增加的可能性较小,且昼夜的负荷容量波动性较大,文章重点从运行经济性角分析了彭泽核电110 kV施工用变电站投运的可行性。
Pengze Nuclear Power’s 110 kV construction substation started construction in February 2010 and was completed in July 2010.It received a successful one-time power supply on August 10,2011.Pengze Nuclear Power signed a power agreement with Jiujiang Power Supply Company.The 110 kV substation has Formal commissioning conditions.However,at that time,affected by the approval of the project,the power load capacity for construction was insuffi cient,and there was still some disagreement on whether to put it into use.For the fi ve 10kV transformers that have been deployed for Pengze Nuclear Power,they were placed in the lifting pump room,mixing station,and water purification.The station and office area have a total capacity of 4500kVA,and the power supply is connected by the Madang Substation.From the perspective of electricity reliability,the owner,Madang Substation(35kV substation)has lower safety and reliability than Quanshan 110 kV power supply.It is proposed to put into operation the 110 kV substation,considering that the possibility of short-term load capacity increase is small,and The day and night load capacity fl uctuates greatly,and the focus is on the feasibility of putting the 110 kV construction substation of Pengze Nuclear Power into operation from the perspective of operating economy.
