摘要
以洋桔梗品种‘超级魔术’为试验材料,研究不同基质配方对洋桔梗幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:基质的容重、孔隙度、pH值、电导率等符合一般基质育苗的要求;不同基质配方对洋桔梗育苗影响差异显著,草炭∶腐叶土∶蛭石=3∶6∶1配方,无论是理化性质还是对幼苗生长的影响,综合表现最好。
’Super magic’,a variety of Eustoma grandiflorum which was used as materials,and its effects of seedling growth in Eustoma grandiflorum were analyzed based on formulas with different substrate.The results indicated:The bulk density,porosity,pH value and electrical conductivity of the substrate accorded with the requirements of substrate seedling.In our studies,there was significant difference on the effects of Eustoma grandiflorum seedling with different substrate formulas.It was shown that both physicochemical properties and the effects of seedling growth had the best comprehensive performance with the ratio of peat∶leaf mold∶vermiculite=3∶6∶1.
