With the explosive growth of the economy and the increasing maturity of the capital market,the phenomenon of corporate mergers and acquisitions is emerging,and the amount of mergers and acquisitions is gradually increasing.Mergers and acquisitions play a pivotal role in the optimal allocation of resources and corporate development.This article focuses on companies that completed mergers and acquisitions from 2014 to 2016,analyzes the empirical results and proposes corresponding countermeasures.It can help companies improve the efficiency of mergers and acquisitions and promote their sustainable development.
