我国家族企业的发展现状探析

改革开放以来,我国以经济建设为中心,形成了以公有制为主体,多种所有制经济互补发展的局面。随着经济的发展,企业规模的扩大,外部竞争日趋激烈,家族式管理已成为家族企业持续发展的极限。家族企业是否能够被关注并充分利用它们发挥正常甚至更大的作用,是企业家和学者共同关注和探索的课题。本文分析了目前我国家族企业面临的现状,并提出相应的方法和对策,对未来的发展做出了预测。

Since the reform and opening up,my country has taken economic construction as the center and formed a situation in which public ownership is the main body,and the economy of multiple ownership systems complements the development.With the development of the economy,the expansion of the scale of enterprises,and the increasingly fierce external competition,family management has become the limit of the sustainable development of family businesses.Whether family businesses can be paid attention to and make full use of them to play a normal or even greater role is a topic that entrepreneurs and scholars pay attention to and explore.This article analyzes the current status quo of family businesses in our country,and proposes corresponding methods and countermeasures to predict the future development.
