机械设计加工中常见问题及优化措施研究

摘要 随着工业化的快速发展,人们对于机械的各方面要求也越来越苛刻,不再满足于高性能特点,而是更加关注机械的外观与尺寸,高效性能与人性化美观特点相结合才是更符合人们理想的设计成果。机械设计加工作为机械制造的重要环节在质量保障方面发挥着不可替代的作用,因此,在机械设计加工的过程中必须要对其质量和外在美进行把控。本文首先从精度、质量、性价比、管理技术、加工方法以及加工工艺发展状况六个方面分析了机械设计加工中的常见问题,并针对当前机械设计加工过程中的不足提出了常见问题的优化措施。 With the rapid development of industrialization,people are becoming more and more demanding in all aspects of machinery.They are no longer satisfied with high-performance characteristics,but pay more attention to the appearance and size of machinery.High-efficiency performance is combined with humanized aesthetics.It is a design result that is more in line with people's ideals.As an important part of mechanical manufacturing,mechanical design and processing play an irreplaceable role in quality assurance.Therefore,the quality and external beauty must be controlled in the process of mechanical design and processing.This article first analyzes the common problems in mechanical design and processing from six aspects of precision,quality,cost performance,management technology,processing methods and processing technology development,and proposes optimization measures for common problems in the current mechanical design and processing process.
