摘要
基于环保与节能要求,PHEV车型逐渐成为从传统汽车到纯电动汽车的过渡方案。其中油箱从常压油箱改为高压油箱,涉及材料、结构、NVH性能、OBD策略等。本文基于某混动车型高压油箱的设计开发过程,对高压油箱的法规依据、材料选择、耐压性能、NVH性能等进行探讨研究,总结了一些成功经验、方案方法,为整车厂带来一定的借鉴和帮助,在降低开发风险和成本的同时提高设计质量。
Based on the requirement of environmental protection and saving energy,PHEV vehicles has gradually become the transition from traditional cars to electric vehicles.The fuel tank from atmospheric pressure to high pressure tank,involved material,structure,harshness(NVH)performance,OBD strategy,etc.This article researched the high pressure fuel tank foundation,material selection,compression performance,harshness(NVH)performance based on the design of high pressure fuel tank of a hybrid vehicle development process,summarized some successful experiences for OEMs to reduce the development risk and cost at the same time improve the quality of design.
