摘要
内燃机冷却水腔内数值模拟分析是优化冷却水系统、提高冷却效率的重要手段。结合RPI模型为基础,通过欧拉模型、沸腾气泡行为子模型、壁面沸腾传热模型、湍流模型等创建,及时进行试验研究,总结出内燃机冷却水腔数值波动情况,以此达到冷却系统优化的目的。
Numerical simulation analysis of cooling water chamber of internal combustion engine is an important means to optimize cooling water system and improve cooling efficiency.Based on RPI model,Euler model,sub model of boiling bubble behavior,wall boiling heat transfer model and turbulence model were established.The numerical fluctuation of cooling water cavity of internal combustion engine was summarized to optimize the cooling system.
