零件清洁度是引起出离心压缩机失效重要因素之一。本文通过结合零件清洁度不达标导致离心压缩机失效模式,论述零件清洁度控制的重要性与控制方法。为提升离心压缩机制造质量,减少生产过程中的浪费,提出控制零件清洁度的方法与建议。

The parts cleanliness is one of the important factors that cause the failure of centrifugal compressor.Based on the failure mode of centrifugal compressor caused by the unqualified parts cleanliness,this paper discusses the importance of parts cleanliness control and control method.In order to improve the manufacturing quality of centrifugal compressor and reduce the waste in the production process,the methods and suggestions for controlling the cleanliness of parts are put forward.
