塔式起重机的结构对整机的制造质量有着较大的影响。装配工艺直接影响着结构的美观性、稳定性、可靠性。本文从钢材要求、钢结构焊接要求、附着装置要求三个方面,分析了塔式起重机结构对安全性的要求,从焊接工艺、焊接技术要点分析了塔式起重机结构的制造,探讨了塔式起重机加工工艺中的常见加工方法及其装配工艺的实施。旨在为塔式起重机结构制造与装配提供一些参考。
