摘要
本文首先介绍了奥氏体不锈钢焊接的特点,并简要阐明了不锈钢管道焊接过程中采用的三种焊缝背面保护方法。本文主要探讨的是不锈钢管道焊接过程中背面焊缝以及热影响区容易氧化变色的问题,基于原因分析对现有的工艺提出一定的改进措施,进而采用混合气作为背面保护气,同时使用缠绕有循环水的钢管或者棉湿布对焊缝进行降温处理,配合焊接热输入等工艺,解决不锈钢焊接背面氧化的问题。
This article first introduces the features of austenitic stainless steel welding and briefly describes the three methods of weld back protection used in the welding of stainless steel pipes.This article mainly discusses the problem of easy oxidation and discoloration of the back welding seam and the heat-affected zone during the welding of stainless steel pipes.Based on the analysis of the cause,certain improvement measures are proposed to the existing process,and then the mixed gas is used as the back protection gas,and the winding Circulating water steel pipes or cotton damp cloth are used to cool the welds and cooperate with welding heat input to solve the problem of back oxidation of stainless steel welding.
