摘要
在机械加工的过程中,对金属材料的一些性能会产生影响,这本身也是机械加工的一个部分。同时,在机械加工过程中,我们要注意改变取样方向、试样形状、加工条件、拉伸速度等方法使金属材料的性能产生不同影响,以达到理想的加工目标。在做金属材料拉伸时,要选择恰当的主要方向和位置,按照理想条件完成相应的加工过程,避免材料拉伸性能产生过大影响,为金属材料选择合适的加工方法,可以更好的保证加工质量,提升加工效果。
In the process of machining,some properties of metal materials will be affected,which is also a part of machining.At the same time,in the process of machining,we should pay attention to changing the sampling direction,sample shape,processing conditions,tensile speed and other methods to make the properties of metal materials have different effects in order to achieve the ideal processing goal.When drawing metal materials,we should choose the appropriate main direction and position,complete the corresponding processing process according to the ideal conditions,avoid the excessive influence of the tensile properties of the materials,and select the appropriate processing methods for metal materials.Can better guarantee the processing quality,improve the processing effect.
