摘要
高压供油泵体自身的各种油道交叉孔及各孔系自身都有着高精度的尺寸要求和位置要求因此加工流程较复杂在深孔钻削中,枪钻是比较常见的一种孔加工方法深孔枪钻加工过程中,被加工孔直径小、孔深长、切削形貌是影响其加工质量的一个重要因素,并且切削的成形机理分析与实际加工工艺参数之间的配合关系也一直是深孔加工的难点。随着科技的发展通过各类仿真软件,分析不同的切削速度、进给速度等不同的工艺参数来模拟实际状态本研究方向是通过优化工艺参数实现高压供油泵40倍径下Φ4孔系的实际加工,并且分析枪钻的钻削影响分析。
The cross holes,intersecting holes and hole series of the high-pressure oil supply pump body have strict shape and position requirements,so the processing technology is relatively complex.In deep hole drilling,gun drill is a common hole processing method.In the process of deep hole gun drilling,the small diameter,long hole depth and cutting morphology of the processed hole are important factors affecting the processing quality,And the matching relationship between the analysis of cutting forming mechanism and the actual processing parameters has always been the difficulty of deep hole machining.With the development of science and technology,through various kinds of simulation software,different cutting speed,feed speed and other different process parameters are analyzed to simulate the actual state.The research direction is to realize the actual processing of Φ4 hole system under 40 times diameter of high-pressure oil supply pump by optimizing the process parameters,and analyze the impact of gun drill drilling.
