摘要 液压系统作为飞机的重要组成部分,其各个零件在飞行飞机期间都提供了压力方面的支持保证飞机的平稳运行。但是综合考量液压系统本身具有一定的复杂性,容易出现的故障繁多,需要结合具体的飞机液压系统进行故障诊断,并寻求解决方案,以防飞机事故的发生。本文的研究结合自身参与东方航空实际的工作经验,运用多种故障分析方式,结合液压系统故障案例进行详细的分析,以便提高故障诊断的可靠性和工作效率。 The hydraulic system is an important part of the aircraft,and its various parts provide pressure support during the flight of the aircraft to ensure the smooth operation of the aircraft.However,comprehensive consideration of the hydraulic system itself has a certain complexity,and there are many faults that are prone to occur.It is necessary to combine the specific aircraft hydraulic system for fault diagnosis and seek solutions to prevent aircraft accidents.The research in this paper combines the actual work experience of participating in Eastern Airlines,uses a variety of failure analysis methods,combined with hydraulic system failure cases for detailed analysis,in order to improve the reliability and efficiency of failure diagnosis.
