摘要
本文通过实例介绍了一种电涡流测功机的结构原理及修复方法,对测功机的修复技术、修复步骤进行了详细介绍,由于测功机广泛用于航空发动机、燃气轮机、柴油及内燃机等设备的开发试验中。其过速能力、过距能力、过功能力较小,在试验中难免会出现问题,因此,研究电涡流测功机修复装配技术具有较大的现实意义。
In this paper,the structural principle and repair method of an electric eddy current dynamometer are introduced through an example,and the repair technology and steps of the dynamometer are introduced in detail.Because dynamometer is widely used in the development and test of aircraft engine,gas turbine,diesel engine and internal combustion engine,etc.Its overspeed ability,overdistance ability and overpower ability are small,which will inevitably cause problems in the test.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the repair and assembly technology of eddy current dynamometer.
