摘要
燃气轮机技术是当前能源动力系统中的先进核心技术,以燃气轮机为核心的动力系统是电力系统研发和应用的热点和重点。对燃气轮机燃烧室的设计和性能评估也是燃气轮机技术中的重要研究方向。本文分析了一种以空气分级燃烧方式的对旋流燃烧室,通过CFD软件对其燃烧过程冷态流场进行数值模拟分析,结果表明:在燃烧室火焰筒前端,掺冷空气的注入产生了一个强的中心回流区和一个角回流区,这个回流区能够有效地使空气和燃料进一步混合,提高了燃烧效率。
Gas turbine technology is the advanced core technology in the current energy power system,and the power system with gas turbine as the core is the hot spot and focus of power system research and development and application.The design and performance evaluation of gas turbine combustor is also an important research direction in gas turbine technology.This paper analyzes a counter-swirl combustor with air-staged combustion method.The cold flow field of the combustion process is numerically simulated and analyzed by CFD software.The results show that at the front of the combustor flame tube,the injection of cold air produces a strong central recirculation zone and an angular recirculation zone,this recirculation zone can effectively further mix the air and fuel,and improve the combustion efficiency.
