摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展,汽车后市场服务领域的运营模式不断提升转型,企业对于岗位人才的要求也将面临巨大的改变。汽车营销与服务专业如何利用信息技术为学生搭建真实的实训场景,引入企业标准的服务流程,培养学生综合职业能力的全面提升,为专业教学改革提出了新的课题。通过对本专业进行调查研究和教学实践,对目前我国职业院校信息化教学现状进行了分析并提出了应对策略,以推动职业教学信息化教学的改革与创新。
With the rapid development of information technology,the operation mode of automotive aftermarket service field is constantly improving and transforming,and the requirements of enterprises for post talents will also face great changes.How to use information technology to build a real training scene for students in automobile marketing and service specialty,introduce enterprise standard service process,and cultivate students'comprehensive professional ability,put forward a new topic for professional teaching reform.Through the investigation and teaching practice of this major,this paper analyzes the current situation of informatization teaching in Vocational Colleges in China,and puts forward the corresponding strategies,so as to promote the reform and innovation of informatization teaching in vocational education.
