车辆工程专业个性化培养实践与创新教育研究 被引量:1

摘要 实践与创新能力是培养高素质应用型人才应具备的素质,作为尊重学生个性的个性化教学模式是实现创新型和应用型人才的有效途径之一。本文以河北科技大学车辆工程专业所开设的主要实践环节——个性发展实践教育即专业课程设计综合实践课为例,基于“工学并举”思想理念和创新驱动发展战略,面向车辆工程专业认证,以提升本科生创新能力为导向,适应新时代社会发展和车辆工程专业人才需求特点,通过总结该专业系列综合实践课程的教学体会,重点从培养目标、教学模式、教学内容、教学方法以及学生成绩评价等方面进行综合性研究,提出该课程的主要改革措施。研究结果表明,上述个性化培养实践与创新教育有效提高了学生的创新能力和实践能力,对于车辆工程专业新时代创新性及应用性人才的培养目标的实现起到了较好的促进作用。 Practice and innovation ability is the quality of cultivating high-quality applied talents.The individualized teaching mode that respects students'personality is one of the effective ways to realize innovative and applied talents.This paper takes as an example of the practical education course for personality development,which is the comprehensive practical course of professional curriculum design——the main practice links of the Vehicle Engineering Specialty in Hebei University of Science and Technology.Comprehensive studies that focus on teaching guiding ideology,teaching mode,teaching content,teaching method and student achievement evaluation conducted for professional certification of vehicle engineering,which based on the idea of"work-integrated learning"and innovation-driven development strategy,and guided by improve the innovation ability of undergraduates by summing up the teaching experience of the series of comprehensive practical courses.At the same time the research adapts to the new era of social development and vehicle engineering professionals demand characteristics.The results show that the above individualized training practice and innovation education effectively improve the innovative ability and practical ability of students in vehicle engineering major,and play a better role in promoting the realization of the training goal of innovative and applied talents in the new era.
