翻转课堂教学在新入职护士舌诊辨证能力培养中的研究

The Effect of Flipped Classroom-Teaching Combined with Bedside Nursing on the Ability of Tongue Diagnosis in the Junior Nurse

摘要 目的:探讨翻转课堂教学模式对提高新入职护士舌诊辨证能力的效果。方法:选取2018届和2019届在骨伤科轮转的33名新入职护士为研究对象,其中2018届16名新入职护士为对照组,采用传统培训方法;2019届17名新入职护士为研究组,采用翻转课堂教学模式进行培训。培训3个月后对所有新入职护士进行舌诊理论和实践考核,并进行满意度测评。结果:研究组舌诊理论成绩为(87.55±7.56)分,实践考核成绩为(90.86±5.35)分,培训满意度为(77.2±8.23)分,均明显高于对照组舌诊理论成绩(70.15±7.91)分、实践考核成绩(84.02±5.35)分、培训满意度(62.9±6.08)分(P<0.05)。结论:翻转课堂教学模式能显著提高新入职护士临床舌诊辨证能力,值得护理临床教学实践运用与推广。 [Objective]To evaluate the effect of flipped classroom-teaching mode combined with bedside nursing on the improvement of Junior nurse’tongue diagnosis ability.[Method]33 junior nurses who interned in orthopedic department from 2018 to 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of internship,16 junior nurses who were trained in orthopedic department in 2018 were selected as the study group,and the other 17 nurses trained in 2019 were selected as the control group.The control group was trained by traditional methods,which the study group trained by flipped classroom combined with bedside nursing.The research time of both groups was 3 months.At the end of the study,all participants were assessed in theory and practice of tongue diagnosis,and the survey of satisfactory rate was evaluated.[Result]The results of theoretical and practical examination and training satisfaction in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The training method of flipped classroom-teaching mode combined with the bedside nursing can significantly improve the ability of tongue diagnosis in junior nurses,and deserve popularization on clinical nursing teaching practice and training.
