MBS对十溴二苯乙烷阻燃PC/ABS合金力学性能和阻燃性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用环保溴系阻燃剂十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE),辅以少量聚四氟乙烯为抗滴落剂,甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(MBS)为相容剂,采用熔融共混法制备了阻燃增韧聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)合金,研究了DBDPE与MBS对合金力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:DBDPE破坏了PC/ABS合金的连续结构,MBS可以改善合金的相容性。8.0 phr DBDPE和6.0 phr MBS使合金的阻燃等级达到UL 94 V-0级,同时保持良好的韧性和刚性,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度为31.2 kJ/m2,拉伸强度为44.9 MPa。 The flame retardant and toughened polycarbonate(PC)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS)alloy was prepared via melt blending with environment-friendly brominated flame retardant of decabromodiphenyl ethane(DBDPE),a small amount of polytetrafluoroethylene as anti-dropping agent and methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene(MBS)as compatibilizer.The effects of DBDPE and MBS on the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of the alloy were observed.The results show that DBDPE breaks the continuous structure of PC/ABS alloy and MBS can improve the compatibility of the alloy.8.0 phr of DBDPE and 6.0 phr of MBS help the flame retardant grade of the alloy to pass UL 94 V-0,while maintaining its toughness and rigidity,whose izod impact strength and tensile strength are 31.2 kJ/m^2 and of 44.9 MPa respectively.
