摘要
采用复配共混法制备了具有优异阻燃性能的无卤阻燃增强聚酰胺(PA)66复合材料。结果表明:无卤阻燃增强PA 66的拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别可达(132.2±3.3),(179.1±5.4)MPa;稀土氧化物能够很好地破坏“灯芯效应”,大幅提高复合材料的阻燃性能;当CeO2、三聚氰胺磷酸盐、二乙基次膦酸铝、长玻璃纤维、PA 66质量比为2∶3∶10∶30∶55时,复合材料的垂直燃烧等级达UL 94 V-0级。该复合材料适用于家居领域。
Halogen-free flame retardant reinforced polyamide(PA)66 composite material with excellent flame retardant properties was prepared by compound blending.The results show that the tensile strength and bending strength of halogen-free flame retardant reinforced PA 66 reach(132.2±3.3)MPa and(179.1±5.4)MPa respectively.Rare earth oxide can eliminate the wick effect and improve the flame retardant property of composite material significantly.The vertical combustion grade of the composites reaches UL 94 V-0 when the mass ratio of CeO2,melamine phosphate,aluminum diethylphosphonate,long glass fiber and PA 66 is 2∶3∶10∶30∶55.Therefore,the composite material is suitable for the field of household.
