摘要
制备了尖晶石LiZnTi高功率旋矩铁氧体材料富Li1+补偿和无额外Li1+补偿两个配方系列材料,分别研究了快弛豫离子Co2+取代对其性能的影响,并比较了两个配方系列材料性能随Co2+取代量的变化。研究表明,材料的自旋波线宽ΔHk随取代量增加线性增大;铁磁共振线宽ΔH先降低而后增高,取代量0.009附近有最小值;但材料矫顽力Hc随取代量增加呈线性增大,剩余磁感应强度Br、剩磁比R随取代量增加降低。两种配方设计,Co2+取代对材料性能影响趋势相同,富Li1+配方设计能有效减缓Co2+取代导致的剩磁比R、剩余磁感应强度Br下降的趋势,材料具有更小的介电损耗角正切tanδε;缺点是富Li1+补偿系列材料的矫顽力Hc的增大快于无额外Li1+补偿系列配方材料。
The Li-rich compensation formulax series and the Li-free of compensation formulay series of LiZnTi spinel ferrite materials are prepared,the effect of fast relaxation ion Co^2+substitution on the LiZnTi spinel ferrite materials were studied.The results show,the spinwave linewidth increases linearly with the increase of Co^2+substitution;the ferromagnetic resonance linewidth decreases first and then increases,and there is a minimum value at the Co^2+substitution amount of 0.009,while the coercive force increases linearly with the increase of Co^2+substitution;the remanence ratio and residual magnetic induction Br decrease with the increase of Co2+substitution.The Li-rich formula design can effectively prevent the deterioration of Br and remanence ratio,materials have less dielectric loss tangent.But the coercive force of materials increases more.
