基于纳米晶材料的高电压电波暗室用EMI滤波器

摘要 分析了中高压电波暗室用EMI滤波器的设计要点,提出采用非晶纳米晶合金作为电感铁芯材料,给出了非晶纳米晶磁性材料的性能参数。与铁氧体材料进行对比,从插入损耗及泄露电流两方面阐述这种新材料的优势。对高压电波暗室用EMI滤波器做了选型设计,为保证高压滤波器的体积不至过大,采用不完全对称的共模电感寄生电感作为差模电感。 The design points of EMI filter for medium and high-voltage anechoic chamber were analyzed,the use of amorphous nanocrystalline alloy as the core material of the inductor was proposed,and the performance parameters of the amorphous nanocrystalline magnetic material were given.Compared with that of ferrite material,the advantages of this new material are explained from the aspects of insertion loss and leakage current.The EMI filter used in the high-voltage anechoic chamber has been selected and designed.In order to ensure not too large volume of high-voltage filter,the parasitic inductance of the incompletely symmetric common mode inductance is used as the differential mode inductance.
