新形势下军队转业人才培训的探索与实践——以泉州师范学院军转干部进高校专项培训为例

摘要 军队转业干部培训是新时代国家干部队伍建设的重要工作之一,充分利用社会优势资源特别是高校力量助力军队转业干部尽快适应地方工作意义重大。泉州师范学院扎实开展军转干部进高校专项培训工作,在培训实践中积极探索适合军转干部需要和高校自身实际的培训模式。经过三年的实践与探索,逐步形成泉州师范学院“五个结合”军队转业干部培训模式,为地方高校开展军队转业干部培训提供参考和借鉴。 The training of demobilized army cadres is one of the most important tasks for the construction of a strong cadre team of our country in the new era.It’s of great significance to utilize superior social resources,especially that of higher ducational institutions,and help the demobilized army cadres to adapt to the new working environment in the local areas as soon as possible.Based on the solid development of the special training project of demobilized army cadres in university,Quanzhou Normal University makes an active exploration in training practice to seek a training mode suitable for the need of demobilized army cadres and the own reality of universities.In the three-year practice and exploration,“Five Combinations”training mode of Quanzhou Normal University is progressively formed,which offers some insights into the training of demobilized army cadres in regional universities and colleges.
