On the Open Schooling of the Local Universities on the Background of“the Belt and Road Initiatives”

“一带一路”倡议是新时代中国与世界共同建设的“互联互通”重大平台。地方高校应该积极参与“一带一路”建设,发挥自身专长,以“民心相通”作为外事工作的重点。处在“海上丝绸之路”东端的泉州师院,外事工作应该从“21世纪海上丝绸之路”核心区和先行区的站位出发,在语言教育、文化传播、智库建设、国际合作和人才引智等方面突显自己的特色和优势,提升学校的内涵质量,展示高校的责任情怀。

The Belt and Road Initiatives provides an important platform for the mutual communication between China and the world in the new era.It is necessary for local universities to take an active part in its construction with their speciality,and focus the foreign affaires on people-to-people exchanges.Locating in the east end of the Maritime Silk Road,the foreign affairs of Quanzhou Normal University would base on the core and pilot area of the Maritime Silk Road in 21th century,highligh our characteristics and advantages in language education,culture communication,think tank construction,international cooperation and talent introduction to promote the connotation quality,and display the humanistic feelings of a university.
