高校学生党员体验式培训模式探析——以泉州师范学院为例

An Analysis on Experiential Training Mode of Student Party Members in Colleges and Universities

党员教育培训是高校党建工作的重要内容,也是高校思想政治工作的重要组成部分。但目前,国内多数高校对党员教育培训重视投入不够,多数采用传统培训模式,学生党员教育在教学设计、组织管理、评价方式等方面亟待改革和创新。体验式培训,可以促进教育理论与实践运用的深度融合,丰富学生党员培训的施教形式,优化培训的效果与质量。文章立足于地方高校开展学生党员体验式培训的实践案例,主要探讨分析高校在设计和实施大学生党员体验式培训的过程中,如何破除教学推动乏力、组织管理困难、条件保障不足、评价方式局限等方面的困难与障碍,推动学生党员体验式培训持续与深入开展的可行路径与有效方法。

The education and training of Party members is an important part of the Party construction work in colleges and universities,and of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities as well.But at present,most universities in China pay little attention to the education and training of Party members,most of them adopt the traditional training mode,and the education of student Party members needs to be reformed and innovated in the aspects of teaching design,organization management and evaluation.The experiential training can promote the integration of educational theory and practice,enrich the teaching form of student Party members training,and optimize the training effect and quality.Based on the practical cases of experiential training for student Party members in local universities,this paper mainly discusses and analyzes,in the process of designing and implementing experiential training for student party membes in universities,how to break through the difficulties and obstacles such as the lack of teaching impetus,the difficulty of organization and management,the insufficiency of condition guarantee,the limitation of evaluation methods and so on,so as to promote the feasible path and effective method of the experience training of student Party members.
