摘要 通过分析河北华电石家庄鹿华热电有限公司1号机组大功率等离子点火装置在330 MW机组低挥发分贫煤机组上使用过程中发生的冷却水流量低报警、电弧断弧、燃烧器壁温高等典型问题,提出具体的解决措施和运行优化建议,促进大功率等离子点火装置技术在低挥发分贫煤机组上进行改进。 The No.1 thermal power unit of Hebei Huadian Shijiazhuang Luhua Power Generation Company has completed the equipment transformation of high-power plasma ignition device.By analyzing the typical problems,such as low cooling water flow alarm,arc breaking and high wall temperature of burners during the operation of the device on the low volatile lean coal boiler of 330 MW unit,this paper puts forward specific solutions and operation optimization suggestions,these suggestions have contributed to promote the high-power plasma ignite technology improve on the low volatile lean coal boiler.
