摘要 针对某火电机组凝结水溶氧量超标问题,从凝汽器负压系统泄漏、凝汽器补水及回收疏水、凝结水过冷度、凝汽器管束泄漏、凝结水泵机械密封泄漏等方面进行原因分析,并逐一排查判定,对引起凝结水溶氧量超标的系统设备进行改造及处理,包括凝汽器管板焊缝漏点处理、除盐水至凝汽器补水雾化改造、凝结水泵机械密封冷却水和密封水系统优化,并取得了良好的效果,有效解决了凝结水溶氧量超标问题。 In a thermal power unit water oxygen levels,from the condenser vacuum system leakage,the condenser water inlet and recycling hydrophobic,condensate supercooling degree,the condenser tube bundle leakage,condensate pump mechanical seal leakage reason analysis,and given to judge,as to the cause of excess water oxygen system equipment modification and processing,including the condenser tube plate weld funnelled processing,in addition to salt water to the condenser water atomization,condensate pump mechanical seal cooling water and seal water system optimization,and achieved good effect,effectively solve the problem of excess water oxygen.
