吲哚布芬与拜阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗急性冠脉综合征的临床比较

Clinical Comparison of Indobufen and Aspirin Combined with Clopidogrel in the Treatment of Acute Coronary Syndrome

目的:探讨吲哚布芬与拜阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗急性冠脉综合征的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年3月-2019年10月收治的68例急性冠脉综合征患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组采用拜阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗,观察组采用吲哚布芬联合氯吡格雷治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血小板指标、药物不良反应及心脑血管不良事件发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血小板计数、血小板体积、血小板分布宽度及血小板聚集率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血小板聚集率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心脑血管不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组药物不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:吲哚布芬联合氯吡格雷治疗急性冠脉综合征的效果显著,可控制患者病情发展,降低心脑血管不良事件风险,另该用药方案的安全性较高,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Ibuprofen combined with Aspirin and Clopidogrel in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome.Method:A total of 68 patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel,while the observation group was treated with Indobufen combined with Clopidogrel.The therapeutic effect,platelet indexes and adverse drug reactions and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in platelet count,platelet volume,platelet distribution width and platelet aggregation rate between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the platelet aggregation rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Indobufen combined with Clopidogrel is effective in the treatment of acute coronary syndromes,controlling the progression of patients’ disease and reducing the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular adverse events.In addition,this medication regimen is safe,which is worthy of promotion.
