消肿外敷散应用于神经根型颈椎病患者的疗效观察

Effect Observation of Xiaozhong External Application Powder Applied to Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:探讨消肿外敷散在神经根型颈椎病患者中的临床应用效果。方法:采用回顾性研究法,选取2019年1月1日-2020年3月30日在本院脊柱病科因神经根型颈椎病住院的患者88例,其中44例采用营养神经和改善循环等药物治疗结合颈椎推拿、手指点穴按照治疗方法的作为对照组,在对照组基础上增加应用消肿外敷散的44例为观察组,比较两组患者的颈椎疼痛和疗效。观察期统一为2周,观察所得的数据使用SPSS 23.0软件进行检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果:观察组患者的颈椎疼痛评分为(1.89±0.84)分,低于对照组的(3.77±1.10)分,观察组的总有效率为100%,高于对照组的81.82%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在营养神经和改善循环等药物治疗结合颈椎推拿、手指点穴基础上,增加消肿外敷散应用于神经根型颈椎病患者可以明显减轻患者的疼痛和提高临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xiaozhong External Application Powder in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Method:From January 1,2019 to March 30,2020,88 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were selected for retrospective analysis,the patients who treated with nutrition nerve,circulation improvement and other drugs combined with cervical massage and finger acupoints were selected as the control group.The patients who increased the application of Xiaozhong External Application Powder on the basis of the control group were selected as the observation group.The cervical pain and curative effect of the two groups were compared.The observation period was 2 weeks.The data were tested by SPSS 23.0 software,P<0.05 was significant.Result:The cervical pain score of the observation group was(1.89±0.84)points,which was lower than(3.77±1.10)points of the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 81.82%in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaozhong External Application Powder applies to patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy on the basis of nutrition nerve,circulation improvement and other drugs combined with cervical massage and finger acupoints can significantly reduce the pain and improve the clinical efficacy.
