联用低分子肝素钠与低剂量黄体酮治疗先兆流产的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Combined Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium and Low Dose Progesterone in the Treatment of Threatened Abortion

目的:分析联用低分子肝素钠与低剂量黄体酮治疗先兆流产的临床效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年5月本院收治的86例先兆流产患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各43例。对照组采用常规剂量黄体酮治疗,研究组采用低分子肝素钠联合低剂量黄体酮治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:研究组腰酸、腹痛和阴道出血缓解时间均显著早于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床治疗总有效率为97.67%,对照组为76.74%,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应(乳房肿痛、皮肤红肿、恶心、头痛)发生率为4.65%,对照组为23.26%,研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组保胎成功率为97.67%,对照组为76.74%,研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组新生儿未出现畸形,对照组出现1例畸形,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:联用低分子肝素钠与低剂量黄体酮治疗先兆流产的临床效果显著,可有效提高治疗效果和保胎率,改善患者临床症状,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of combined Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium and low dose Progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion.Method:A total of 86 patients with threatened abortion admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 43 cases in both groups.The control group was treated with conventional doses of Progesterone,and the study group was treated with Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium combined low dose Progesterone.The therapeutic effects was compared between the two groups.Result:The relief time of backache,abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding in the study group was significantly earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 97.67%,which was higher than 76.74%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(breast swelling and pain,skin swelling,nausea and headache)in the study group was 4.65%,which was lower than 23.26%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of fetus protection in the study group was 97.67%,which was significantly higher than 76.74%in the control group(P<0.05).The newborns in the study group were not deformed,and 1 case was deformed in the control group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium combined with low dose Progesterone has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of threatened abortion,which can effectively improve the treatment effect and the fetal preservation rate,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of promotion.
