根本原因分析法提高儿科门诊空气射流式雾化治疗依从性的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Root Cause Analysis Method in Improving the Compliance of Air Jet Atomization Treatment in Pediatric Outpatient Department

目的:研究根本原因分析法提高儿科门诊空气射流式雾化治疗依从性的效果。方法:笔者所在医院门诊于2019年1月在儿科门诊空气射流式雾化治疗的护理中实施根本原因分析法,本研究采用分阶段对照研究,分别随机抽取实施前后各150例儿科门诊采用空气射流式雾化治疗的患儿作为研究对象。比较实施前后患儿依从性、主要症状消失时间及家长护理满意度。结果:实施根本原因分析法后患儿治疗依从性明显优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施根本原因分析法后患儿主咳嗽、气促和肺湿啰音等主要症状消失时间均明显早于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施根本原因分析法后患儿家长护理总满意度为90.00%,明显高于实施前的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根本原因分析法应用于儿科门诊空气射流式雾化治疗中,可以提高儿童依从性,加快症状改善,家长满意度高。

Objective:To study the effect of root cause analysis method in improving the compliance of air jet atomization treatment in pediatric outpatient department.Method:In January 2019,the outpatient department of our hospital implemented the root cause analysis method in the nursing of air jet atomization treatment in pediatric outpatient department.In this study,a phased control study was used.A total of 150 children who were treated with air jet atomization in pediatric outpatient department before and after the implementation were randomly selected as study subjects,respectively.The compliance of children,the disappearance time of main symptoms and nursing satisfaction of parents were compared before and after the implementation.Result:After the implementation of root cause analysis method,the treatment compliance of children was significantly better than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of root cause analysis method,the disappearance time of main symptoms such as cough,shortness of breath and lung wet rales were significantly earlier than those before the implementation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of root cause analysis method,the total nursing satisfaction of parents was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 60.00%before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of root cause analysis method in the air jet atomization treatment of pediatric outpatient department can improve children’s compliance,accelerate the improvement of symptoms and increase parents’satisfaction.
