抚触护理联合早期游泳对黄疸新生儿体重、黄疸指数及胆红素水平的影响分析

Effects of Touch Nursing Combined with Early Swimming on Neonatal Body Weight Jaundice Index and Bilirubin Level

目的:研究在抚触护理的基础上增用早期游泳干预对黄疸新生儿体重、黄疸指数及胆红素水平的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月本院收治的黄疸新生儿80例作为研究对象,将其按照随机抽签法等分成观察组及对照组。对照组予以常规干预,观察组则在对照组的基础上实施抚触护理联合早期游泳干预。对比两组首次排便时间、黄疸消退时间、胎便转黄时间,护理前后体重、黄疸指数及胆红素水平,新生儿家属护理满意度。结果:观察组首次排便时间、黄疸消退时间、胎便转黄时间均早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后观察组体重重于对照组,黄疸指数及血清IBIL水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属护理总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在抚触护理基础上增用早期游泳干预,对黄疸新生儿体重、黄疸指数及胆红素水平均有不同程度的改善效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of early swimming intervention on neonatal body weight,jaundice index and bilirubin level on the basis of touch nursing.Method:A total of 80 jaundice newborns admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as study subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random lottery method.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received touch nursing combined with early swimming intervention on the basis of the control group.The first time of defecation,the time of jaundice regression,the time of fetal defecation to yellow,the weight,the jaundice index and bilirubin level before and after nursing,and the nursing satisfaction of newborn family members were compared between the two groups.Result:The time of first defecation,jaundice subsiding and the time of embryo turning yellow in the observation group were all earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,body weight in the observation group was heavier than that in the control group,jaundice index and serum IBIL level were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of neonatal parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of touch nursing,early swimming intervention can improve neonatal weight,jaundice index and bilirubin level,which is worthy of clinical application.
