探讨对比分析采用一次性根管治疗与多次根管治疗牙体牙髓病的临床效果

Comparative Analysis of Clinical Effect of Single-visit Root Canal Treatment and Multiple-visit Root Canal Treatment on Endodontic Disease

目的:探究牙体牙髓病患者采用不同治疗方式的临床效果。方法:本次研究时间为2018年9月-2019年9月,将78例采用一次性根管治疗的牙体牙髓病患者设为治疗组,将58例采用多次根管治疗的牙体牙髓病患者设为对照组。比较两组治疗效果、并发症发生率。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对牙体牙髓病患者采用一次性根管治疗的临床效果显著,可提升治疗总有效率,降低并发症发生率,手术治疗方案安全。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of different treatment methods in patients with endodontic disease.Method:This study was conducted from September 2018 to September 2019.A total of 78 patients with endodontic disease treated with single-visit root canal treatment were set as the treatment group,and 58 patients with endodontic disease treated with multiple-visit root canal treatment were set as the control group.The treatment effect and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of single-visit root canal treatment for patients with endodontic disease is remarkable,which can improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the complication rate,and the surgical treatment scheme is safe.
