显微镜下手术治疗脑胶质瘤的临床效果评价

Clinical Evaluation of Microscopical Surgical Treatment of Glioma

目的:分析和探讨显微镜下手术治疗脑胶质瘤的临床效果。方法:选择本院2018年8月-2019年8月收治的脑胶质瘤患者66例作为研究对象,采用随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组采用常规开放手术方式治疗,观察组采用显微镜下手术治疗,对比两组治疗效果、并发症情况及手术临床指标。结果:观察组临床总有效率93.94%,明显高于对照组的66.67%,观察组并发症发生率12.12%,明显低于对照组的30.30%,观察组手术时间短于对照组,术后肢体肌力恢复正常的时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:显微镜下手术治疗脑胶质瘤的临床效果显著,不仅能够有效缩短手术时间及术后恢复时间,还能够大大降低术后并发症发生率,临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of surgical treatment of glioma under the microscope.Method:Sixty-six glioma patients who admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional open surgery,and the observation group was treated with surgery under a microscope.The treatment effect,complications and clinical indicators of the operation were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 93.94%,which was significantly higher than 66.67%of the control group.The complication rate of the observation group was 12.12%,which was significantly lower than 30.30%of the control group.The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group.Muscle strength returned to normal was earlier than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of surgical treatment of glioma under the microscope is remarkable.It can not only effectively shorten the operation time and postoperative recovery time,but also greatly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and has high clinical application value.
