炔雌醇环丙孕酮片和去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗PCOS的临床效果对比

Comparison of the Clinical Effects of Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets and Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets in the Treatment of PCOS

目的:对比炔雌醇环丙孕酮片和去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床效果。方法:将2018年1月-2019年6月80例本院收治的PCOS患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组40例予以去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗,研究组40例予以炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗。比较两组临床症状改善情况、性激素水平及卵泡发育情况。结果:干预后研究组不孕、闭经、多毛症状改善较对照组明显(P<0.05)。干预后研究组睾酮、黄体生成素水平低于对照组,卵泡刺激素水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组卵泡发育总有效率(87.50%)高于对照组(67.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与去氧孕烯炔雌醇片比较,炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗PCOS可更好地改善性激素水平及临床症状,促进卵泡发育。

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets and Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Method:A total of 80 patients with PCOS who admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table.Forty patients in the control group were treated with Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets,and 40 patients in the study group were treated with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets.The improvement of clinical symptoms,sex hormone level and follicular development were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the symptoms of infertility,amenorrhea and hirsutism in the study group were significantly improved than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of testosterone and luteinizing hormone in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of FSH in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of follicular development in the study group(87.50%)was higher than that(67.50%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol Tablets,Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets can better improve the level of sex hormone and clinical symptoms,and promote the development of follicles.
