Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive guided intervention on the degree of skin damage and cancer related fatigue in breast cancer patients after radiotherapy.Method:Forty-five patients with breast cancer who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to April 2018 were selected and divided into the control group(22 cases)and the study group(23 cases)according to random number table method. The control group received routine nursing intervention. The study group received comprehensive guided intervention on the basis of the control group. The nursing satisfaction, the degree of skin injury and cancer related fatigue of the two groups were compared.Result:The nursing satisfaction of the study group(95.65%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(68.18%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The skin injury score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Piper fatigue scale(PFS)scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention, the PFS scores of both groups were significantly decreased than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive guided intervention can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction of breast cancer patients, alleviate skin injury after radiotherapy, eliminate cancer related fatigue, and can be clinically popularized.
