摘要
本文采用计算流体力学(CFD)模拟方法,分析了不同横摇和横荡参数对板翅式换热器封头流体分配特性的影响。基于提出的评价流体分配特性的参数指标,模拟研究结果表明:横摇和横荡工况对液相甲烷的分配不均匀度的影响程度较气相高,同时晃荡工况的幅度、角度和周期等参数持续增加超过一定范围时,可提高原有的流体分配不均匀度,在给定工况下,流体分配不均匀度从0.6681提高到1.1657。
Influence of rolling and swaying parameters on fluid distribution characteristics of header in plate-fin heat exchanger is analyzed by computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation.Based on the proposed parameters for evaluating the distribution characteristics of fluids,the simulation results show that,the effects of rolling and swaying conditions on the distribution heterogeneity of liquid methane are higher than those of gas phase;and the distribution heterogeneity of fluids is increased from 0.6681 to 1.1657 under given conditions when the amplitude,angle and cycle time of sloshing conditions are beyond a certain range.
