With the rapid development of e-commerce economy in recent years,logistics industry has become a hot spot.In this paper,based on the perspective of value network,enterprises form a community of interests through a kind of mutual correlation and work together to create the greatest value with the cooperation of superior resources.This paper selects the typical fourth party logistics enterprise“rookie network”in the logistics industry.Relying on big data information technology,rookie network has created an open and shared data application platform to provide high-quality information services for enterprises.How does rookie network make money?Its profit model is worth exploring.This paper analyzes the profit model of rookie network in order to provide new ideas for the development and upgrading of China s logistics industry in the period of important strategic opportunities.
