物流企业现金流管理的现状与对策研究

现金流的管理对于物流企业来说起着举足轻重的作用,它直接影响着一个物流企业的日常经营与生存发展。尤其是对于刚处于起步阶段的物流企业,前期需投入大量的资金,而资金的回收又存在一定的周期,于是企业对现金流管理的妥当与否将直接决定这个企业的未来。文中试图阐述加强现金流管理对于当代物流企业的意义以及当代物流企业的发展现状,并对物流企业现金流管理提出相关建议。

Cash flow management plays an important role in logistics enterprises,which directly affects the daily operation and survival and development of a logistics enterprise.Especially for the logistics enterprises just in the initial stage,they need to invest a lot of funds in the early stage,and there is a certain period for the recovery of funds,so the proper management of cash flow will directly determine the future of this enterprise.This paper attempts to elaborate the significance of strengthening cash flow management for modern logistics enterprises and the current situation of the development of modern logistics enterprises,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the cash flow management of logistics enterprises.
